Beloved, the verdict passed is final and absolute, God the Supreme Judge of all has vindicated us from all our sins. When Jesus Christ announced “It is finished!” on the Cross, the propitiation for all our sins have been paid in full, it was done once and for all.

What the Lord has accomplished for you, me and mankind on the Cross is beyond all comprehension and a definite blow of defeat to the enemy and his kingdom. There’s nothing more we can do except to receive by Faith the Grace of God through the finished work of Christ on the Cross, appropriated through our repentance and by living a transformed life in Christ.

The law could only point out our sins and tells us right from wrong but it does not empower us to keep it neither could it cause us to be found right in God’s eye. Therefore, God knowing our human weaknesses, also gave us His Holy Spirit to dwell in us, to help us walk in the victory of Christ, to lead us in the plans and purposes of God for our lives, to build us up and unify us in the Body of Christ.

The weakness of our flesh is compounded by the law but All Glory and Thanksgiving be to God our Savior, for by His Grace and Spirit we all can be victorious overcomers when we have crucified our flesh, leaving it behind and start living by His Holy Spirit, fulfilling the abundant life that Christ came to give us!
