If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us via email support@biblecardecals.com within 12 hours after placing your order. Kindly state your order reference number in the email so that we may retrieve your order the soonest possible. If the order has already entered the dispatch (shipment) process, we apologize that we are unable to change it for you.

After you have completed your order and payment, we will receive it in our system and process it within 3 working days. Thereafter, your order will be handed over to the shipping company where they will take care of shipping it to you.
We will inform you via email once your order is handed over to the shipping company and a tracking number will also be provided for you to track the shipping progress of your order.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email update from us about it. A tracking number will also be provided in that email for you to track the shipping progress of your order.
When you try to track your order for the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Please try tracking again later if the shipping information of your order is not available at the moment.
The shipping of your order may have been delayed. Delays in shipment can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information will only be available after your order have been shipped.
The 2 common reasons that causes your order to be returned are; i) your shipping address was wrong/with mistakes, or ii) you were absence at the time of delivery of your order.
Step 1: You may contact the shipping company and provide them with the tracking number given to you to find out about the status of your order.
Step 2: If you are unable to find out anything. Please email us at support@biblecardecals.com, stating your order reference number and shipping address so that our customer service representative can follow up with you.
Note: If the shipping address was not wrong/without mistakes, our customer service representative will be able to assist you to resolve the matter. However, if your shipping address was wrong/with mistakes, we are unable to take any responsibility as the order was shipped out according to the address provided by customers, please click here for our refund policy.
Depending on the shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee upon the delivery of your order to you. This may be due to import tax or your address being in a more remote area. In this case, please kindly pay the shipping company the required fee upon receiving your order.
In the event where a wrong shipping address has been given or mistake made in the shipping address after the order has been placed. Please contact us immediately or latest within 12 hours of purchase, by sending an email to support@biblecardecals.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you on our end. If your order has already been shipped out, we apologize that we are unable to retract the order nor resend your order at no cost.
We endeavour to give our customers the best quality in our products. However, there are factors that negatively affect the quality of our products, especially during the shipping process, which may cause defects or damages.
